Quiet Confidence

  • by

“But what about you?” Jesus asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah! For this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven.
Matthew 16:16

“my Father and your Father,
… my God and your God.”

The essential answers do not come from your brain, your conditioned person, your surface thoughts; but from the depth/height of your Being.

How do you attune to receive revelations?

For the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, has said: “By repentance and rest you would be saved; your strength would lie in quiet confidence— but you were not willing.” 16“No,” you say, “we will flee on horses.” Therefore you will flee! “We will ride swift horses,” but your pursuers will be faster.
Isaiah 30:15

repentance

You can call it a giving up; literally giving UP!
Not giving into frustration and despair, but glad to have your inner veil removed:

I am at the end of my own old ways of trying and struggling.

quiet confidence

Prayer is the absence of any mental effort; it is not about changing “this world”, but to relax our mental fixation on “me” and its misery, so that what IS — God’s Presence — can warm our hearts and lift up our thoughts into a higher seeing. Super simple and natural.

No way!

But we are not willing to repent, to surrender, to settle down; we are too much invested in listening to our fleshly brain.

So simple. The kingdom is at hand, but we don’t trust Life.

swift horses (busy bee)

Our brain is conditioned to survive and hunt for the “more” of “this world”.

Stopping the struggle would seem like death to our person.

No matter if your mind is calm, busy, or crazy: YOU — I AM — are Aware of it!

There is your redeemer… your simple, natural sense of I am, I exist.

Stay here, don’t rush away! Read it again, understand it and embrace the consequences. Stop running away!

You don’t need to study and suffer 1,200 pages in the Bible to get somewhere, only allow to pray again and again, by relaxing into the presence of Love, in your own heart.
